First answer ONLY after my polite reminder/then you argue the Belgian postal rates were to high,nevertheless clearly at your disposal in my selling terms/Then again no payment/Another reminder/then you demand to give you a discount because you are THE CUSTOMER because you bought for around 120€??/Then suddenly ,without any contact You payed me with PayPal,but with the very nice words you are a very unhappy client in regard of the Belgian postal charges and you were going to put in a complain against me.Well your sudden unhoped payment does not exempt you from any further mature (re)action on my part.I will even help you,if you want,to confirm the address details of the Belgian Bpost to address, also, your complain to them,since I copy their price ratings exactly(excluding carton packing materials if needed to secure save shipping instead of an envelope.Also these details are crystal clear mentioned in my sales terms!)So you kept on buying cards, you never looked at my shipping rates??? and once you received my payment request you even did not take the time to contact me??...only silence...I now can confirm that I sometimes when a buyer is respectful to me and returns my messages,I sometimes will take part in the shipping charges, if it is a returning client to my shop.But in your case,My reaction was one of complete wonder and incomprehension.Therefor I paid you back immediately because I do not,I REPEAT,do not want to work with people who are trying to intimidate me just because YOU think sellers do need to sit down on one knee for you and always have to meet YOUR personal purchase requirements??Well dear sir, this is 2020 and not the Middle Ages anymore.I as a seller do take high priority into my buyers satisfaction and by treating them with all respect and by conducting a good and friendly communication.And indeed sometimes I give my friendly buyers a discount or a couple of extra cards with no charge, but Never in my entire career as honorable Delcampe member I was so deeply shocked by the way you try to impose your will to me as a seller by using what I dare putting under the name of psychological intimidation, but as a former military,I learnt to deal with this.And to conclude,I just took the time to read all of your negative feedbacks,and not surprisingly it is not the first time you used this same modus operandi as with me today.And you are right to use this technique, because I see most sellers have an almost sacred fear of getting negative feedback, even for an unfounded reason or a revenge feedback.And please,I would need an accountant to open all disputes against you; but to gain what??If you keep filling your chopping cart and you arrive at the register in a store will you discuss the prices of your articles with the cashier??What do we see very often with FB, sellers give a 100% voting but write a negative comment.This is not helping the sellers community because feedback should be 100% accurate and truthful.As a gentleman,I confirm that this feedback is given in all honor and conscience and if the Delcampe staff has some different interpretation of your modus operandi,I will be all ears to listen to their advise to certainly avoid such dramatique situations in the future.Kind regards to all the members of Delcampe.Hopefully my comments can help someone overcome the fear of giving a negative FB if justified.I can take it if I was at fault with no problem at all, because we are all humans who can make mistakes,BUT from which we can learn and certainly do better next time.
